News: Rapid Metro connectivity to boost Gurgaon Real Estate.

Rapid Metro,Gurgaon is India’s first privately funded and operated Rapid Metro service and it is ready to connect Delhi Metro commuters to six key places within the city. The much-awaited metro promises better connectivity and convenience to the people of Gurgaon. The improved connectivity will benefit lakhs of employees working in MNCs in the Cyber City.

According to the experts, Gurgaon Real Estate Market is likely to get a further boost by the Rapid Metro. The first phase loop of 5 km connects Cyber City with Sikanderpur Metro Station. The second phase will connect the Sikanderpur Metro Station and the densely populated sectors 55 and 56 as well as the Golf Course Road & Golf Course Extension Road, which is one of the major hubs of commercial and residential real estate development in Gurgaon.

Although Gurgaon has the already functional Metro line operated by Delhi Metro, it does not connect all areas in Gurgaon. While the Delhi-Gurgaon corridor saw a steep increase in property prices, the Rapid Metro is said to further  impact the Residential and commercial real estate around this line.

After the Delhi Metro line became operational in Gurgaon, there was an increase in property prices in the nearby areas mainly due to better connectivity. Moreover, if the biggest challenge of transport gets resolved, Gurgaon will attract more investors, indirectly improving the infrastructure and quality of life of the workforce. The remaining two phases of Rapid Metro will have a major impact on property demand as Phase II will pass through DLF City Phase 1,DLF  Phase  4 and DLF Phase 5, independent Builder Floors in these areas and gated communities in sectors 27, 28, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57. The network is to cover localities such as Golf Course Road and plots in DLF Phase 1 & DLF Phase 4 that face the Golf Course Road will be one of the biggest beneficiaries
